• The mission of Global Fund for Coral Reefs (GFCR) is to facilitate collaborative action and investments to help preserve coral reefs. The decline of coral reefs puts at risk not only one of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet but also the subsistence of over a billion individuals. So far, various entities, including UN agencies, countries, charitable foundations, private investors, and organizations, have united in the Global Fund for Coral Reefs Coalition to promote ecological, social, and economic resilience. Ubuntoo was tasked with creating and updating a knowledge platform with solution providers, content, onboarding community members, and creating a collaborative space to further GFCR’s interest 

• Ubuntoo’s platform facilitates the exchange of knowledge and solutions, as well as fosters interaction among coalition members and key stakeholders in the coral reef conservation space worldwide. Within the Global Fund for Coral Reef’s Coalition’s Ubuntoo platform, members gain access to valuable information such as innovative solutions, scientific publications, regulatory updates, news, and significant upcoming events related to coral reef conservation. 
• Through various features like the directory, solutions pages, and a forum, coalition members can engage with one another and connect with the owners of solutions. Solution owners are encouraged to join the platform and update their organization’s dedicated page. Additionally, regular newsletters are distributed to all members, featuring highlights from the latest content available on the platform. This comprehensive platform on Ubuntoo serves as a hub for collaboration and information-sharing within the Global Fund for Coral Reefs Coalition. 

• The Global Fund for Coral Reefs Coalition, in collaboration with Ubuntoo, has effectively fostered international cooperation to address the fragmented nature of the coral reef conservation sector. The platform currently hosts a collection of over 250 innovative coral reef conservation solutions, spanning various categories such as coral reef conservation organizations, marine research institutes, techno-commercial coral reef monitoring solutions, artificial reef creators, and more. 
• In addition to solutions, the platform has also made available 125 scientific publications and knowledge blogs to its 390 global members. These resources serve to inform members about policy regulations, best practices, new scientific research, and other pertinent information. The membership base represents a diverse cross-section of nationalities and professional backgrounds, with individuals hailing from over 50 different countries. This diverse group includes coral reef experts, startups, students, researchers, and more. 
• This collective endeavor has achieved significant milestones by publishing innovative solutions and facilitating the exchange of vital knowledge and expertise among its worldwide members.
