The company's IoT Product Suite consists of:

• CUBE - A wireless mesh network controller, is a low-cost, self-learning, Plug & Play IoT hardware, which comes integrated with energy and environmental monitoring sensors. Each cube can be deployed locally for smart controls of any third-party device (e.g., HVAC-R, lighting systems, sensors, etc.) in independent or scalable network operation, with no local configuration requirements. The cube is utilized when there is an incomplete BMS or no BMS.
• TRIA Gateway - connects to any networked system in the building and uses existing infrastructure to integrate all devices on the network. The TRIA can also communicate with a building management system (BMS) and existing connected equipment and installed CUBEs to collect and display data on the BASE web platform.
• BASE - An easy-to-use web-based platform that gives you remote access to all the buildings within your portfolio. The BASE uses an intuitive cloud-based graphical interface to monitor and track all energy consumption and operations in your building, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments and optimizations in real-time.
