Arrow Greentech

Arrow Greentech provides eco-friendly and water-soluble packaging that has numerous applications. Following their vision "to leave earth clean for future generations", they have made products that are biodegradable and leave no waste behind. Their patented processes have created many unique products such as:

• Watersol™: a PVA film used as packaging material that is fully biodegradable when disposed of in water or waste. It is used in seed tapes, cement/dye/enzyme film, fish bait film, packaging liquid detergents, laundry bags, powder detergents, water soluble soap strips, mould release film, and for printing complex-shaped plastics, metals, and other materials. In 2000, the Water Soluble Film won the India Star Award.
  
• Klenz Pro™: Based on Watersol™, they developed India’s first Water–Soluble Capsulated Hygiene chemicals. This can be used for general cleaning, in hygiene products and kitchen cleaning.
  
• Bioplast: Bioplastics that are plasticizer-free, thermoplastic, and transparent material. The bio-based carbon portion in these plastics varies from 30 to 67%. Some can be used in injection moulds, while others are used to make shopping bags. They are all biodegradable, though some require industrial composting facilities for the purpose.

Arrow Greentech has secured several patents for its range of processes in India, Europe, Australia, USA and South Africa. Arrow Greentech Ltd. was started in Bombay in 1992, and has a manufacturing unit in UK as well. It is listed in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India.
